To apply to CYTAR to become a Rescue Volunteer

1. Save and print the Volunteer Agreement Form.

2. Complete all questions on the form.

3. Contact us for more information about where to mail the completed form.

4. If you answered "Yes" to the question regarding fostering a Yorkie, a completed Fostering Application must be submitted.
